Telephones, Public

There are public telephones, with campus and local phone directories, located at the basement level of the North staircases. Campus, local (dial 7 for an off campus call) and calling card calls can be placed from these telephones. Telephone directories for local communities and for certain large United States cities are located behind the Circulation Desk.

Cell phones do not work consistently in Burling Library. For better service and to be considerate of other library patrons, please step outside to talk on your cell phone.
