The official minutes of the Executive Council were transferred from Nollen House by the Dean and the President in October 1996. They were in 26 3-ring binders. Because of their fragile condition they were removed from the 3-ring binders, photocopied, then stored in folders in archives boxes. This set is the security copy and not for research. A photocopy of the entire set is bound and may be consulted with written permission from the Dean or the President.
Arrangement:
Minutes and accompanying papers are in the order in which they arrived in the notebooks. Some are in chronological order and some are in reverse chronological order.
Papers include full minutes of meetings and background papers relating to agenda items. For some years the abbreviated minutes distributed to the faculty are also included.
Restrictions: Council minutes are confidential and may be examined only with written permission from the President or Dean.
